Each of these semi-precious stones, mystic topaz and amethyst, represent a year of fundraising, leading us towards $500,000 raised for the new Alberta Children’s Hospital’s Hospice, Rotary Flames House. A small, sterling silver heart charm with a “K” hangs from the clasp to remember Kira and this wonderful legacy she has created.
